We finally made it to Poland! It was a trip filled with family, beautiful churches and great history. Our first city was Szcezecin where Art's family lives. I had met his Ciocia Basha when she, and Wujek Edic visited Simi Valley over 20 years ago. This time I met his Wujek Adam and his cousin Andrew with their families. I especially fell in love with Ciocia she is so very sweet with a very strong sense of family. We said our goodbyes and off we went by train to Gdansk. What an incredible city, port of the Baltic Sea with so much history. The streets where built after the war to the pre war architecture. Off to Posnan, what a marvelous city square. The next stop Wrocław, We read that they have gnomes all throughout the city and we had a blast looking for them. Our last stop and longest stay was Krakow, a great city and city square. We saw so many beautiful churches, a few great museums and the weather stayed beautiful.
